At Wild Thorn Collective, each product is crafted or printed especially for you once your order is placed. I take great pride in the quality of my work and want you to love your purchase. Because my products are made-to-order, I kindly ask you to keep the following in mind:

Returns

I will accept returns if you notify me within 10 days of receiving your order.

Please note that as each item is created specifically for you, returns involve additional costs for me. Your understanding of this process is greatly appreciated.

Original shipping costs are not refundable.

Shipping costs to return the item for refund are the responsibility of the purchaser. Purchaser generates shipping label.

Refunds are issued within 7 days of my receipt of the returned item.

Exchanges for Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, I will gladly replace it or offer a refund. Please contact me within 10 days of delivery with a photo of the damage.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

Email me at katie@wildthorncollective.com with your order details and reason for return or exchange.

I will provide instructions for returning the item.
